Albert spends his days in an abandoned enamel sign factory, planning one last big move - to auction off the factory and embark on a round-the-world journey. The day before he is due to leave, fate throws a wrench in his plans, but Albert never stops dreaming. Eventually he dies of old age and finds himself in the afterlife, where new adventures await him on his way to fulfilling his ancient desires.
